In my quest of finding a solution for the overheating issue when recording video on the Sony Xperia 1 IV I am testing now a third party video recording app called mcpro24fps aswell as some other measures like turning off 5G, BT and GPS aswell as taking off the original cover case from Sony.
I managed to record over 22 minutes without overheating sign or ending my video prematurely.
Its a workaround for sure but a good one I think as the app produces a good output video at 4k 30fps
What do you think about it?
Do you have other solutions or suggestions?
