At first, we have the Sony HT-A7000. Utilizing a combination of technology like a Vertical Surround Engine, S-Force Pro Front Surround, and 360 Spatial Sound Mapping, this HT-A7000 can provide a wider sweet spot, enabling everyone to have the best seat in the house during a movie. Design-wise, it’s a long bar and inside the soundbar are two up-firing speakers for overhead sound, two beam tweeters and five front speakers, and a subwoofer for handling the bass for a total output of 500W. Its LED screen works well if you’re simply changing the volume. And now, moving on to its other features, its unique 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology calibrates sound to your room for an environment that seems to expand beyond the walls. While its up-firing speakers for overhead sound, side beam tweeters, an array of X-balanced speakers, and integrated subwoofers provide for deep bass and clear dialogue.
Next is Sonos Beam Gen 2. This Sonos Beam Gen 2 is the latest soundbar from Sonos, improving on the company’s original mini soundbar with virtual Dolby Atmos, HDMI eARC compatibility, and a refreshed design. It offers great value for money and supports integration with the wider Sonos ecosystem to let you combine it with additional speakers to expand your listening. On the top of the soundbar, you’ll find a touch-sensitive control panel, where you can control your music playback, adjust the volume, and turn off the inbuilt microphones for extra privacy. And even better, there is also a small LED light strip that lights up when you interact with it, While other LEDs will let you know the soundbar’s mic status. Despite its small size, it delivers a powerful audio performance and is also capable of filling your living room with sound. It can cope with 32 channels of audio, and eight-channel 24-bit/192kHz uncompressed 38Mbps data streams. And finally, for the control, you can use its Sonos app, your TV remote, Apple AirPlay 2, and even your voice using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
