A prominent party speaker with RGB lights that can be customized, the Sony XP700 may be pretty loud. It offers a boomy sound profile when the "MEGA BASS" feature is activated, which you can alter using the graphic EQ and presets provided by the companion app. We don't currently test for water resistance, but this reasonably constructed speaker is rated IPX4. Although the material quality is generally high, it is not tested for dust and impact resistance and is not warranted. It works with the Fiestable app, which you can use to manage the speaker's extra party capabilities, just like other Sony speakers we've used.
Additionally, it has a microphone input and a microphone/guitar input, which help connect the speaker to external microphones or a guitar. Despite the Sony XP700's ability to reach extreme volumes, some compression at the maximum level may degrade the clarity of your audio during loud listening sessions. The Sony XP700 is suitable for usage outside. Since this speaker is battery-operated, you can use it outdoors without connecting it to a power source. Although we don't currently test for water resistance, it is built reasonably well and has an IPX4 rating.

The SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) is a sizable party speaker with exceptional loudness. It has a V-shaped sound profile that may provide a relatively deep bass when its default settings are activated, which may suit listeners of bass-heavy music. Additionally, its companion app has presets and a graphic EQ, so you may adjust the sound to your preferences. The SOUNDBOKS 3 comes with an Allen key that you may use to change the grille for other colors and patterns, even though the body is only available in "Black." Unfortunately, there is a lot of compression at maximum volume, particularly in the bass and treble ranges, so your audio might not sound as crisp and clear during louder listening sessions. The SOUNDBOKS 3 may be incredibly loud and is suitable for podcasts. Although the mid-range is well-balanced, the boomy bass can muddle dialogue and voices. Due to the excessive focus in the treble range, these same voices may sound honky and harsh. Voice assistants are not supported by the SOUNDBOKS 3.

Your next event will be transformed into a genuine party, concert, or nightclub with the splash-proof PartyBox 710. With its distinctive and vibrant light display synchronized with JBL Original Pro Sound. You may create cutting-edge musical and visual experiences with the help of the PartyBox App and the top panel's simple and straightforward controls. Adjusting the strobe lights' flashing patterns and the sensational audio produced by the dual set of tweeters and woofers' deep bass. With the push of a button, True Wireless Sound combines two PartyBox 710s for an even larger audience. Additionally, thanks to the sturdy wheels and an easy-to-grasp handle, you can continue the fun wherever the party goes. The JBL PartyBox 710 is IPX4 splash proof, so you never have to worry about the party becoming too wet and crazy, whether you're drinking by the pool or having a party with pals in your garden.
