This skillet can be used in an oven in addition to a gas or electric stove. We used the skillet on a gas stove to sear and season some chicken. Then, we placed this partially cooked chicken in our Faber Oven. We also cooked some chicken salami and vegetable frittatas in the skillet oven.
The outcomes? Excellently baked and delicious! Then, over a gas stove, we used this cast iron skillet. The Aloo Methi Mutter sabzi was served first. This was easy to prepare.
