Please read the description/textbox. I was a little bit too critical about the second stripper (the one with 3 knifes) because I found, after all, that it worked properly, though not ideal.
Taking the isolation of that bare copper wire off after pulling it 2 times through the stripper, that worked.
Outside dimension of the wire = 3 mm (with plastic isolation). It is/was standard isolated copper wire, outside = 3mm, the bare copper inside = 1.2 mm in diameter.
It is the standard isolated wire used for household electrical installations on 230 V / 50 Hertz in the Netherlands.
Thus: “phase” (brown), “zero” (blue) and “ground” (green-yellow).
The video shows a simple idea to strip these wires, of course not for professional or long time use.
The “setting” of the 3 strip knifes is critical for good results. That can be aligned with the screws that hold the knifes to the multiplex board, with that metal bus inside through which the wire is pushed/pulled.
Tiny corrections of the 3 knives can be made with a hammer, driving the point of the knives to the exact position where everything works, related to the width of the plastic isolation, compared to the width of the bare copper wire inside. That is somewhat critical for good results.
That metal bus in the multiplex wood is inside 3 mm with a tiny play.
I needed that metal bus, because otherwise (with only a hole in the multiplex wood) the wire to be stripped “escaped” from the cutter knives.
When you have questions about (certain analog) electronic circuits and how to make them: go to my Channel trailer (Radiofun232 on You Tube) and go to the “looking glass”. Type there the keywords that you want/need like: “power supply”, audio amplifier, capacitor tester, oscillator, radio, shortwave, shortwave radio, or any keyword you like to find the essential info & schematics on my YT channel.
My You Tube channel trailer is here: https://youtu.be/xbgQ8T3oqh4 When you search, search always “NEWEST FIRST” to get the right overview. You can also search via the “looking glass” on my Channel trailer via keywords like ”audio”, “radio”, “amplifier”, “filter”, “Shortwave”, “transistor”, “FET”, “oscillator”, “generator”, “switch”, “schmitt trigger” etc; so the electronic subject you are interested in. My books about electronics & analog radio technology are available via the website of "LULU”, search for author “Ko Tilman” there.

I keep all my YT videos constant actual, so the original video’s with the most recent information are always on YouTube. Search there, and avoid my circuits that are republished, re-arranged, re-edited on other websites, giving not probable re-wiring, etc. Some persons try to find gold via my circuits. I take distance from all these fake claims. I cannot help that these things happen. Upload 11 April 2022.
