SpaceX's Starbase Gets Green Light From FAA

After a long review process, the FAA finally published its review of the environmental impact associated with developing and launching Starship and Super Heavy from Boca Chica, Texas. As many expected the result was a 'Finding of No Significant Impact' contingent on a set of mitigations which range from common sense, through 'not being an asshole', making donations and writing history reports.

This means that they don't need to go back for a multi year review which would have left Starbase in a position where it wouldn't be able to make any test launches. Instead they're now in a position where they can perform the larger test fires of fully equipped Super Heavy boosters and work towards getting a launch license for a specific test.
