Follow Dave Staheli around as he makes the rounds in his old hometown of Enterprise, Utah. Dave is doing some final field testing of the DewPoint 331 round bale application. He increases the valve size on the steamer to inject more steam into the round bale. He also makes a minor adjustment to the hardware design which makes a big difference. The "Ramp-Up" feature built into the software automatically increases the steam rate as the bale is getting bigger inside the baler.
Dave is baling with a John Deere 560R and pulling the rig with a John Deere 6130R tractor. Starting in 2023, the DewPoint 331 can be used on John Deere 560 round balers. We can design baler hardware to fit up to other popular round baler brands and models as needed.
