After catching NS 265, I went over to this crossing for my fifth and final train of the day. This train was NS A81 with an NS (ex-Conrail) SD40-2 leading a BNSF ES44AC. No idea why a BNSF GEVO was on this local freight, but, if I had to guess, it'd failed on NS 265 so it was taken off of that train and put onto NS A81 for some reason. The SD40-2 also had a great-sounding RS3L and a friendly crew, which were both nice to see. Certainly a rather nice train to end this fun (and rather unplanned) afternoon off with.
As you can see, no major changes appear to have occurred here since my last video of the crossing. Both of the gateless 80s Safetran cantilevers are still in use here, and I suspect they will be for a good while to come as well.
