Thriving digital ecosystems are key to empowering the 2.9 billion people who are still offline and to make connectivity even more meaningful to those already connected. They can also provide new economic opportunities and overcome barriers that prevent people from participating and contributing to their economies. The Focus Area 3 of P2C aims to accelerate the digital transformation of societies through an inclusive whole-of-ecosystem approach that nurtures entrepreneurship, innovation, and job creation, through collaborative policy and regulation practices supported by data.
