Here's that note on how to get them to pair if you can't find success with the instructions in the box too:

1. Firstly please open the charging box and make sure that the charging box has power(two earphones need to be taken out）.
2. Put a single earphone into the charging box first. At this time, the indicator light of the charging box is on, which means the earphone is charging normally.
After the indicator light of the charging box is off, put another earphone into the charging box. The indicator light of the charging box is on, and the earphone is also during normal charging. If the indicator light is not on, it means that the earbuds is not charging normally, adjust the position of the earbuds in the charging box to a normal charging state.
3. After the binaural earphones can be charged normally in the charging box, take out the single ear from the charging box and put it in the ear, press and hold the touch area of the earphone for 2 seconds, the earphone will sound a prompt tone for switching mode. and please repeat this operation for the other earbuds. Confirm that both ears are charged normally and there are beeps, and put them in the charging box.
4. When the binaural earphones are charging in the charging box, click the charging box open button 3 times.
At this time, the battery indicator of the charging box flashes quickly 3 times. After waiting for 5 seconds, take the earphones out of the charging box. After that, delete or forget the mifo s pairing name that the phone has been connected to before, and then search again and connect to complete the interconnection.
If the interconnection is still not successful, after putting the earbuds back into the box, click the charging box open button 3 times, and repeat this operation to complete the factory reset.
