Signal on the left: 2 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights, a sick General Signals electronic bell, a WCH gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
While TA-West was reconnecting to their train to continue west towards Chipley, I decided to hop on up to this crossing to get another recording of the sick GS e-bell here, and get some photos of the crossing in action for the site. Shortly after I got here, FGAR TA-West came through with the four older EMDs hauling just two hoppers. It wasn't exactly a long train.
As you can see, nothing had changed since I recorded this crossing a few days prior. Apologies for the loud vehicles in this video though, especially the one with an unfortunately loud exhaust that accelerates while the bells here are ringing. I will admit, I also quite like the look of the closer signal with its WCH lights and gate mech.
