India’s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) will launch on the PSLV-C53 mission with three payloads from Singapore. The DS-EO optical Earth-imaging satellite is the largest spacecraft on the PSLV-C53 mission. The DS-EO mission is a collaboration between ST Engineering and Singapore’s Defense Science and Technology Agency. The NeuSAR satellite is a small commercial radar observation spacecraft, and SCOOB-1 was developed by university students in Singapore. The PSLV’s upper stage will serve as an experiment platform with several Indian payloads.
