When these planes fly, rain follows. It has been suggested that my connecting these things is delusional. I maintain that there is a connection and it is an operation clouded in secrecy, since no data can be pulled for the craft that operate these sorties, that always operate into weather systems. I go over some newer methods and historical information and show flares, ground burners, rockets, high voltage arrays, companies selling equipment, lists of countries involved etc.
