30 percent less material consumption and at least three times as fast - the new laser blanking system from TRUMPF produces sheet metal components in large series significantly more economically and efficiently than a standard 2D laser flatbed system.
Up to 25 tons of rolled-up sheet metal can be processed fully automatically. Whether high-strength steel or aluminum - the system cuts a wide variety of materials on the same production line. It also processes material combinations such as ALSi steels for hot-formed components, which are commonly used in automotive construction, without any problems.
