Is there sound in space?
If we could hear the sun, it would be roaring at an impressive 100 decibels to us on Earth, like a non-stop rock concert, 24 hours a day.
Sound travels in waves by making molecules vibrate. On Earth, sound travels to our ears by vibrating air molecules. But there are simply no molecules for sound to travel through between stars, planets, and more distant objects - so there is no sound there.
In the emptiness of space, no one can hear you scream.
