If you don’t want to show your Instagram Photos, then you can hide them by using the Private feature on Instagram. You have to make some changes to your Instagram settings. Let’s see the steps to make your Instagram Photos Private.
1. Open Instagram on your phone.
2. Tap on the profile icon at the bottom right.
3. Tap on the three horizontal lines menu icon at the top right.
4. Tap on the Settings gear icon.
5. In the Settings screen, tap on the Privacy tab.
6. Under the Account privacy section, tap on the toggle button of the Private account to turn it ON.
7. You will see a pop screen that says “Only your followers will be able to see your photos and videos”. Tap on the “Switch to Private” button on the pop-up screen.
8. This will make your Instagram account private.
9. If you will go back to your profile screen, you will be noticed that there is a lock icon appearing before your profile name. This means your Instagram account is now private and no one can see your photos.
10. If you want to make your profile public, then tap on the three horizontal lines menu at the top right.
11. Tap on the Settings, and then tap on the Privacy tab on the next screen.
12. Tap on the toggle button of the Private account to turn it off.
13. In the pop-up screen, tap on the “Switch to Public” button.
14. Now, your profile is public and anyone can see your photos and videos.
