After the profiles are cut, I removed it from the CNC and used the Fein MultiMaster AMM300 Multitool, available on our website, to trim the tabs free. I then used the Amana Tool no MR0110 3/16" diameter ball bearing mini roundover bit to trim the tabs flush and roundover the edges. The tiny bearing allows me to get in to the tight spaces left by the 1/4" bit!
