Do you need a professional-looking brochure? Google Docs can solve your problem as you can use a brochure template. Just replace the images and text content in a brochure template and then you are ready to promote your products and service. Follow these easy steps to make a brochure using Google Docs.
1. Open your web browser.
2. In the web address bar, type docs.google.com and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Type your Google account-associated email in the text field.
4. Click on the Next button.
5. Enter your Google account password, and click on the Next button.
6. On the Google Docs page, click on the Template gallery.
7. Scroll down the page to the Work section, Click on a brochure template that you liked most.
8. Here the full brochure opens, you can scroll down and check it.
9. Click on the title text to change it,
10. If you want to replace an image then right-click on the image, and select the Replace image.
11. Click on the Upload from computer option from the sub-menu list.
12. Select the replacement image from your computer and click on the Open button. See our selected image has been replaced.
13. Select and change the text with your content.
14. You can change the font size, and font style.
15. Change the font color.
16. If you want to change text alignment then you can do it easily as shown here.
17. To change the image size, click on the image, and then click on the three vertical dots icon of the menu.
18. From the drop-down list, click on Size & rotation.
19. From the image options panel on the right side, change the width and height of the image.
20. Keep continuing the changes in images as per your requirement.
21. Rotate an image by changing the Angle value.
22. Use text wrapping styles and can also do color correction by clicking on the recolor.
23. Change the image temperature, brightness and contrast.
24. Once you are ready with your brochure then click on the printer icon.
25. Select your printer in the destination drop-down menu or you can save your brochure by selecting Save as PDF from the list.
26. Click on the Save button. Select the location to save your brochure, and then click on the Save button.
27. Minimize the window and double-click on your recently saved brochure file
28. See, our modified Google Docs brochure has been opened.
