If you are conducting research or want to create a quiz. Then, creating a Form, Poll or Survey is the best idea and tool to gather the information. In this video, we will learn to create a Survey Form on Google Forms. After creating a Google Form, you can circulate it on the forum, or email, or can share it on social media platforms. Let’s see the steps to create Google Form.
1. Open the Google Chrome browser.
2. Click on the Google apps icon at the top right.
3. Scroll down the apps list, and click on the Forms.
4. If you are not signed in, then type your email and click on the Next button.
5. Enter your Google account password, and click on the Next button.
6. After Signing in on the Google Forms, click on the Blank to create a new form.
7. Type the name of the Form, and write a short description for the purpose of the form.
8. Write your question in the Untitled Question box.
9. Start adding the choice of answers for the audience.
10. From the drop-down on the right side you can select the format for selection in the radio button or check box form.
11. If you want, you can add an image to a question that can relate to it.
12. To add more questions with a similar format style, you can click on the Duplicate icon.
13. Click in the question box to change the question.
14. You can also change the answer options by removing, editing, or adding the new answer option.
15. Click on the plus button icon on the right side to add the new question format.
16. You can import questions, add title and description, image, video, or a new section by clicking the icons on the right-side.
17. If you want to delete an unused question section, then click on the delete button of the Trash icon.
18. Once your form is ready, then click on the Send button at the top right.
19. You can email it, click on the get link tab, or click on the Embed HTML tag.
20. Copy the code and you can use it on your website or can share it on social media platforms.
