If you are a business owner and your business is registered with Google My Business. Then, you can change or edit your business address on Google. You should have login rights on Google My Business to change the address. If you keep all your business information up to date on your Google My Business. Then it helps to improve your business search on Google. In this video, we will learn to change your address on Google with some easy steps.
1. Open the Google Chrome browser.
2. Type Google My Business in the web address bar, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Click on this Google Business Profile link from the search result.
4. Click on the Sign in link at the top right.
5. Type your registered email with Google My Business, and click on the Next button.
6. Enter your password, and click on the Next button.
7. If the 2-Step Verification feature is ON, then select an option to receive the verification code. Like here, I am selecting this phone option to receive the verification code on my phone.
8. Enter the 6-digit verification code that you received from Google, and click on the Next button.
9. Your Business profile page will open soon.
10. Click on the Info menu from the left-side panel.
11. On the right side, click on the pencil icon in front of your address or location icon.
12. On the Business location page, Enter your current Street address, City, State, Zip code.
13. You can also manually set the location on Google Map here, by dragging the red pin on the map.
14. Now, click on the Apply button.
