Hope wasn’t home when she got a Motion Alert from her Ring Spotlight Cam. She checked Live View and saw two people checking for mail in her wall-mounted mailbox. “I looked immediately for the [Two-Way Talk] icon on my Ring App on my phone,” says Hope. And she used it to surprise the unwanted visitors.
She was glad it worked. “I felt secure that the persons at the door would hear me and realize the ‘This property is under video surveillance’ sign posted was actually true, and would leave and hopefully not return,” she adds.
