Lancée tout début 2020, la Fondation POMA a été créée par les 5 entreprises du Groupe POMA en France (COMAG, POMA, SACMI, SEMER, SIGMA) afin de soutenir des projets d’intérêt général.
Dans un contexte de changements profonds (enjeux environnementaux et sociétaux), la Fondation trouve sa raison d’être en incarnant les valeurs de Solidarité et d’Engagement du Groupe, et en concrétisant la volonté des collaborateurs des différentes entités de prendre part à un projet fédérateur et porteur de sens.
Sa mission : Encourager et développer la mobilité, domaine de compétence et d’expérience du Groupe, dans les domaines du sport, du handicap, de la solidarité et de l’environnement.
Fidèle à sa vision de l’entreprise citoyenne, la Fondation d’Entreprise POMA soutient les organisations à but non lucratif et les porteurs de projets grâce au mécénat financier, mais surtout grâce au mécénat de compétences, et à l’implication des équipes sur le terrain.
C’est ainsi qu’une soixantaine de Collaborateurs ont déjà pris part aux actions de la Fondation, et ont pu partager des moments forts avec les associations et leurs bénéficiaires.

Discover the actions of the POMA Foundation
Launched at the beginning of 2020, the POMA Foundation was created by the 5 companies of the POMA Group in France (COMAG, POMA, SACMI, SEMER, SIGMA) to support projects of general interest.
In a context of profound change (environmental and societal issues), the Foundation finds its raison d'être by embodying the Group’s Solidarity and Commitment values, and by giving concrete expression to the desire of the employees of the different entities to take part in a unifying and meaningful project.
Its mission: To encourage and develop mobility, the Group’s area of expertise and experience, in the fields of sport, disability, solidarity and the environment.
True to its vision of corporate citizenship, the Corporate Foundation POMA supports non-profit organizations and project holders through financial sponsorship, but above all through skills sponsorship and the involvement of the teams.
Thus, some sixty Employees have already taken part in the Foundation’s activities, and have been able to share nice and useful moments with the associations and their beneficiaries.
