This video shows how I fixed an issue with a KitchenAid side by side refrigerator that was leaking water. Water would occasionally form a puddle in front of the freezer side and I found it was leaking out of the freezer. In my case, this was caused by the defrost drain being frozen shut. The water that melts off from the defrost had nowhere to go so it drained out the front.
