This smoke saved a few hikers last month. They were lost in the mountains in North Carolina and had three of these smoke grenades. Popped the last one when they saw a chopper looking for them, saving lives. Check out the video. It has a great flow for about 40 secs. Conditions were windy and the smoke was still pointy and dense. Can be seen from miles.
