Video by storm chaser Chris Jackson, shared with the Carolina Weather Group, of flash flooding in downtown Columbia, South Carolina near Whaley Street. Strong thunderstorms produced over two inches of rain, which caused the Rocky Branch River to exceed its banks. As a result, rushing water flowed through city streets and the National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning.
