On August 9, 2022 NASA’s Curiosity Mars Rover found non-typical rock formation with multiple-layer structure. Curiosity Rover celebrated 10 years operational on Red Planet. Rover landed on Mars in August 2012. This unique rock formation was captured by Curiosity during latest trip at Gale Crater. The Rover already returned to Earth more than 3 Terabytes data. The total amount of images that were transmitted to Earth from Mars for 10 years is ~500K.
