Running a sample of copper wire chop waste through our hammer mill and shaker table to see if we can recover any more valuable copper. These samples came from the waste stream of a high production copper wire chopping plant in Europe and this customer wants to determine how much copper they are loosing in their waste streams. I was very surprised how much additional copper the shaker table was able to recover! They are throwing away a lot of money that an MBMM hammer mill and shaker table can recover and make them more money.
