combo shrink bundling sealer and tunnel|YQ machinery carton shrink wrapping machine manufacturers
The fully auto shrink bundler is a one-piece combo shrink bundling sealer and tunnel. The L type and inline design makes integration into existing lines easy. Products are auto fed into the sealing area. After the seal is finished, cases move into the tunnel via a conveyor for shrinking.
The quick set brand name PLC makes the shrink bundling machine adjustments fast and efficient. The sealing bar is capable of sealing boxes, cases, and other large items. The tunnel can fit different height' products.
This shrink bundler machine is made to operate with two polyethylene shrink bundling rolls. One roll of film is held in a film carriage above the products and another below. The powered infeed rollers smoothly and evenly dispense film as it passes on the conveyor.
The hot knife sealing bar is fully adjustable to accommodate bundling film. As the hot knife closes, a pneumatic product hold-down keeps film and products in place during the seal. Upon completion, the sealing knife and hold down raise and the products are released to the tunnel.
