Clean and Service Galaxy 4733 Box Fan from 2002 or 2003

Cleaning and servicing a Galaxy 4733 box fan from 2002-2003.

There was no difference in the power draw before and after the cleaning, I don't know why I thought there was. I must have been remembering the spike on startup, not the operating draw.
