I absolutely love this ergonomic office chair! It works great for me for the countless hours I spend at my computer working on these videos. It has a great comfortable cushion, armrests that are fully adjustable up down back forward and even angled in or out. The backrest can be locked in any angle or left open to rock with adjustable tension. The seat of course has adjustable height with hydraulic lift. The seat can also be moved forward or backward to increase or decrease the depth and closeness to the back. The back is a nice mesh and has great lumbar support. The headrest is adjustable up and down as well as the tilt. And the chair has a built in pull out footrest! It really is an amazing chair! Ergonomically adjustable height, armrest, headrest, footrest, back recline (back tilt angle and tension).
