Un plug your gaming controller. Fixed!
So I ran into an issue with the AVerMedia GC573 LIve Gamer 4K card and RECentral 4 software. Re installed all the drivers in PC (gpu/audio/card, etc...), tried different HDD/SSD, re installed all the software... Turns out this is a glitch with the audio input from my PlayStation 5 controller, so so is what I have read in my research on this issue. I can only assume the same thing happens with a Microsoft XBOX controller as well?
