In this video I review and get my hands on adjustable weights. I know this technology has been around for a long time but I never used adjustable weights before. There are some definite pros to these as in space saving and convenience. Clicking over to the selected weight between 15-55 lbs is super fast and easy, I really like the safety feature that keeps the plated weights from coming off accidentally from twisting as I show you in the video. Overall I'm impressed, they do come with a high price tag for a set of 2 but if you want 5 sets of dumbbells rolled into 1 then it's worth it. Thank you for your time and thank you for watching.
