We are proud to announce that we are part of the Laogang project: one of China’s largest bio-refineries.
Seven of our decanter centrifuges D5LX have started up, and are mainly used for solid/liquid separation of biogas residue after the core process of anaerobic digestion. Around 70% percent of the wet waste (900 tons of food waste and 600 tons of kitchen waste) of Shanghais central urban areas are processed daily – with the goal to produce around 240,000 cubic meters of biogas and 60 tons of biodiesel per day after completion. A truly green project at the heart of one of the largest cities in the world! We are proud to be part of it.
