Cleaning an Amana 5,000 BTU Cool Zone air conditioner in an urgent and brief fashion as a heat wave has come upon the area and the cheap modern air conditioners that were currently in service were no longer keeping up. This was one of the units I had intended to install in this house, but I planned to go through the cleaning process more thoroughly and do something about the compressor mount. It's operable for now, but it will definitely need to be revisited.
