Please read the description/textbox first. This is a video about gardening and especially about harvesting Oregano/Basil leaves. You can make pesto with them. I got a comment today that it is Basil (Basilicum), not Oregano, so I am not sure any longer....
The active substance that gives the fragrance to the Oregano/Basilicum plant is (as far as I know) Eugenol.
Ground oregano/basilicum leaves + pardano cheese + salt + pepper + olive oil + acetic acid = PESTO.
You can (thus) make fresh PESTO with these leaves.
Eugenol is also an important ingredient of cloves.
I am going to try to fix that fragrance of the harvested leaves in oil or in a kind of oil-brine for the coming months, so that I can use that beautiful fragrance when making pizza’s etc. Say making pesto that can hold out for a few months. It is the fragrance (Basil/Oregano) used in many Italian dishes.

I keep all my YT videos constant actual, so the original video’s with the most recent information are always on YouTube. Search there, and avoid my circuits that are republished, re-arranged, re-edited on other websites, giving not probable re-wiring, etc. Some persons try to find gold via my circuits.
