Voice Dream Scanner and One Step Reader are OCR apps that will take a picture of a document of text, and read it back to you. From my experience, voice dream scanner seems to be the most accurate, but you may have different experiences. I may consider doing a gift for one of these apps someday, where you just have to apply the code or the link where you can get it for free, from my understanding.
