5-Year-Old Wanted A Dinosaur To Visit, So Mom Pulled Some Strings | RingTV

When 5-year-old Magnus came home from school, he declared that he wanted to leave a bowl of water outside in case a dinosaur stopped by that night and got thirsty. So after Magnus and his 3-year-old brother, Bronwen, went to sleep, their mom had an idea.

Jemma, who is currently fighting two types of cancer, has a Ring Video Doorbell that she uses when she isn’t feeling up to answering the door. But that night, she used it to create some magic for her boys.

“It took four attempts,” says Jemma, but she managed to make a video that looked like the doorbell caught a dinosaur stopping by.

Thanks to her Ring Protect subscription, she showed the video to the kiddos the next morning. Magnus “got very excited and he sat on my knees while we looked back to see if there were any videos for that night,” she says. “Seeing his face was magical as he was so excited and couldn’t believe the dinosaur had been to visit us.”
