And the other upgrade I documented on this day in Pelham. I'd discovered this one back in March, IIRC, but didn't have the time to stop and document it. I did later hear an approaching train over the scanner, but as there were storms in the area and I wanted to go visit a friend up near Jasper, I didn't try to get it.
BTW, I've since gotten another video here and can confirm that both WCH mechanical bells here thankfully still work, but the one on the upgraded signal is dying and sounds quite rough as a result.
