While checking along the Dothan Sub, I swung by a few crossings along the BAYL for any upgrades. Surprisingly, this was the only one I noticed of the four that I looked at near downtown Dothan. The other ones that I'd seen with dying/dead bells back in 2019 still had those bells.
There were probably a few others if I were to go through and check, but I wasn't sure if I'd have the time to be able to, so I didn't.
